During our first session, I bring each person on screen with me and I connect to their energy to find the core wound and ancestral trauma they're carrying. Their spirit guides always come through to offer guidance and support. There is often homework given individually and for the group.

Breath work & Integration
For our second call, we have a group share, Q&A and I lead the group through a powerful holotropic breathwork and meditation to help release the somatic energy stored in the physical body. We do integration after and everyone gets to share.Â

Real world experience
As you take on this work, your reality will begin to shift and you'll be facing old karmic loops that are coming up to be shifted and changed. I help each person maneuver through the process of facing these road blocks and difficult situations with guidance from their spirit guides and ancestors.Â

As we clear the layers of trauma, more comes to the top. I connect with each person energetically and do a soul retrieval session and inner child healing. These sessions are amazing because you will get the chance to speak directly to the wounded version of your inner child and your ancestors that passed their trauma down to you. We are going deep.
