WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE MEDICINE CIRCLE
Every Medicine Circle is different because Spirit responds directly to the people in the room. There is no rigid structure because the work unfolds in real time based on what the collective is emotionally, physically, and energetically carrying that month.
People enter the room feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, exhausted from overthinking, unable to trust their intuition, or carrying emotions they cannot fully explain. As the circle unfolds, deeper patterns begin revealing themselves collectively. Someone realizes their anxiety is actually hypervigilance. Someone understands why they have spent their entire life second guessing themselves. Someone else recognizes they have been carrying inherited fear, grief, or shame that never fully belonged to them.
