my story

I'll never forget the day I woke upĀ and I knew I was meant to be of service to others.

It was the day my life changed forever, my heart filled with the unlimited love of source and my life's work began.Ā 

And just like that,Ā everything made sense.

Ā 

My journey hasnā€™t been an easy one, but itā€™s been the catalyst for everything Iā€™ve created today. I grew up feeling unworthy, struggling to find my place in the world, and navigating through significant challenges that left me feeling lost and disconnected. As a single mother, I faced the added pressure of providing for my children while trying to heal my own emotional wounds. Iā€™ve experienced the weight of trauma, the struggle with self-worth, and the relentless pull to please others at the expense of my own needs.

Over the years, Iā€™ve delved deep into spiritual practices, psychology, and energy healing to uncover the tools and insights I needed to transform my life. Through my work with breathwork, inner child healing, and spiritual connection, Iā€™ve not only healed myself but have also created a pathway to help others do the same. Today, I stand in my power as someone who has turned pain into purpose and strives to inspire others to do the same.

Now I help people like you go from feeling stuckĀ and frustratedĀ to feeling freeĀ and empowered.
